PRO-SET's LAM-125 and LAM-135 epoxy resins are optimised for a wide range of wet lay-up and fabric bonding applications.
LAM epoxy laminates are used to produce lightweight, high-performance composite structures that can withstand long-term cyclic loading in the harshest environments.
They haveexcellent physical properties at room temperature and require post-curing to enhance their performance.
Thanks to their excellent adhesion properties, these resins can be easily and reliably integrated into demanding manufacturing processes. They are ideal for use with a variety of reinforcing fabrics and guarantee high-quality results.
- A resina LAM-125 de baixa viscosidade é particularmente adequada para aplicações que requerem uma impregnação completa e uma excelente saturação das fibras, facilitando o processo de laminação húmida onde a clareza e o acabamento da superfície são essenciais. Também disponível numa versão de base biológica, LAM-125G.
- A resina de média viscosidade LAM-135 é ideal para aplicações que requerem excelente resistência mecânica e resistência ao calor, tais como moldagem por contacto, laminação a vácuo e enrolamento de filamentos.
Estas resinas devem ser combinadas com os endurecedores LAM-224, LAM-226 ou LAM-229, a serem seleccionados de acordo com o tempo de trabalho desejado e o ambiente de trabalho do seu projeto:
