NivelFloor flexible patching resin 15 Kg

Two-component polyurethane resin specially designed for leveling and patching floors, especially wood floors, defective tiles, metal substrates and all flexing substrates. Perfect under a carpet, under a plastic floor covering... However, it is recommended to sand with the leveling compound before applying Granistyl.

Easy application in one coat, waterproof, polymerizes in any thickness, very good adhesion on all supports (concrete, wood, chipboard, etc...). This resin is a flexible, solvent-free, non-shrinking, self-smoothing product that evens out irregular surfaces and supports the movements of the support without degrading (reinforces wood floors, eliminates squeaking). Fast implementation (between 10 and 25 m2 per hour).

Color: translucent beige.

SUBSTRATE :
Substrates must be dry and free of dust, grease, oil, moisture (metal substrates must be sandblasted or ground and treated against corrosion).
Caution: any movement or cracking of the substrate may affect the coating.

IMPLEMENTATION :
The can of R.A is made up of two pre-dosed components (resin and hardener) which should be mixed, using a stirrer.
The application is done with a smooth spatula, like a traditional patching.

POT LIFE:
For a 1,500 gr. sample, at a temperature of 20°C., the pot life is approximately 15 minutes.

DRYING:
Curing time is approximately 12 hours, final after 3 days.

CONSUMPTION :
1.5 kg / m2 and per mm of thickness and more on a degraded support.

STORAGE AND PACKAGING:
In intact packaging, in temperate premises (protected from the weather).
