We manufacture your jointed panels to your dimensions.

Jointed panel with 45mm slats and 5mm joints

Teak slats are epoxy glued with  FFE-200 on a laminate and caulked with SIS440 from Teakdecking Systems.

Three colors of joints available: black, white or gray.

Possibility of framing. Allow for an additional 15%.

For a curved frame, count an additional cost of about 25%.

Thickness of the finished jointed panel (after sanding): about 8mm.

In order to facilitate transportation, we prefer to produce panels of 60cm in width. If your dimensions are greater than 60cm, two panels will be made and all that remains is to assemble them (for the assembly of the panels, plan to purchase 2 cartridges).

For the installation of the jointed panels, we recommend the epoxy glue FFE200 from Teakdecking Systems.

Please allow 5 to 7 weeks for fabrication.          

Drying time black joint : 7 days      

Drying time white and grey joint : 12 days
