For the production of your grating, we advise you to carry out a blank assembly.

First degrease your slats with acetone or methylated spirits.

Before gluing, make sure that your slats are dry and free of impurities (dirt, dust, etc.).

For gluing, we recommend G/Flex 655, a two-component pre-thickened epoxy resin with a mixing ratio of 1 volume to 1 volume.

For the finishing, we advise you to sand with a belt sander with a grit of 80.
