    An innovative dosing system

The pump system has been developed for precise and convenient dispensing of 105 resin and hardeners. They guarantee precise dosing of the resin/hardener mixture and eliminate all the mess associated with manual dosing. The pumps mount directly on the resin and hardener cans and are calibrated to deliver the correct ratio of epoxy at each pump pressure. Please note that the pumps are not the same depending on the hardener you are using and the packaging you have chosen!
Advantages of the epoxy WEST SYSTEM

These products are waterproof, shrinkage-free, softer, better adhesion on all materials ...

  • ENTROPY (résine bio...

ENTROPY, the first range of biosourced epoxy resins

Understanding the stakes of sustainable development for future generations and always anxious to offer even more innovative and high-performance products, it is in 2018 that the renowned American company Gougeon Brothers, also manufacturers of WEST SYSTEM, acquired ENTROPY.

Developed using green chemistry (SuperSap technology), ENTROPY resins contain up to 30% organic raw materials. In addition to their composition, their entire life cycle is designed to reduce their environmental impact.

With the exception of the hardener CLX, ENTROPY products do not contain any toxic chemical agents known as CMR.

    Resins adapted to woodworking

ENTROPY resins are extremely well suited to woodworking and are ideal for carpenters and artists. Whether for large-scale projects or the manufacture of small objects such as jewellery, ENTROPY resins are excellent for casting as well as for river tables, transparent casts, and more!

Resins suitable for surfboard/paddleboard/gliding sports manufacturing

Resistant to UV rays and totally transparent, ENTROPY resins are also ideal for surfboards, paddleboards, skis and other board sports. They cover a wide range of manufacturing processes, from compression moulding to hot coating, from clear moulding to hand lamination.

    Vacuum infusion moulding

Vacuum infusion is a technique used in the boating industry, wind energy, etc... This process allows mass production of large parts (aircraft, wind turbine, boat hull...). Moulding by vacuum infusion consists of placing dry reinforcements in a vacuum in a mould closed by a tarpaulin, which are impregnated with resin that is sucked up by the vacuum created in the mould.

    The advantages

    •     Improves the strength of the composite
    •     Helps to save weight
    •     Use of the right amount of resins required (best strength-to-weight ratio)
    •     Realization of large and small parts in one-shot mode

    The PRO-VAC range

The PRO-VAC range was created in 2011. Their in-depth knowledge of the materials used in the vacuum process has resulted in a simplified product offering, specifically developed to meet the needs of today's advanced composites markets. To meet all the requirements of the composites process, they have created a range that covers the entire spectrum from low-temperature wet lamination and infusion to autoclave curing.
